About Diethylamine
Diethylamine is a secondary amine that appears as a clear colorless liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It is made by the alumina-catalyzed reaction of ethanol and ammonia.
Diethylamine is used as a corrosion inhibitor and in making rubber, resins, dyes, pesticides and pharmaceuticals.
